Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source and locate rental and service equipment across branches and approved vendors.
• Coordinate equipment availability to meet jobsite schedules and emergencies.
• Dispatch trucks for deliveries and pick-ups and coordinate logistics with drivers and field techs.
• Create, process, and track rental/service/purchase orders and quotes.
• Support contract setup, renewals, and simple modifications; ensure terms are reflected in orders.
• Support billing with accurate time entry, codes, and cost allocation.

This position plays a critical role in sourcing equipment, coordinating dispatch and logistics, managing contracts, and ensuring billing accuracy to keep field operations running safely and efficiently.
