The Service Captain leads the execution of service, maintaining standards, supporting the team and helping shape the guest experience throughout each seating. The ideal candidate leads with confidence and brings consistency and sound judgment to every shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant.
• Experience leading or coordinating service.
• Strong knowledge of service standards, pacing and sequence.

Responsibilities

• Model company service standards and reinforce consistency throughout each seating.
• Maintain an active presence and respond thoughtfully to guest needs or concerns.
• Monitor the pace and sequence of service and make adjustments when needed.
• Keep chefs and front-of-house team members aligned on timing, allergies and special requests.
• Provide realtime guidance and support during service.
• Contribute to preparation, training and team feedback.
• Ensure guest-facing areas and service stations remain ready and organized.
