As part of an omakase concept defined by intimate settings and energetic atmosphere, you will guide the team with a hands-on leadership style and ensure readiness of service stations, timing and guest comfort.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of service standards, pacing and sequence.
• Ability to guide others clearly and constructively.
• Decisive, observant and comfortable engaging with guests.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to anticipate service needs and remain composed during shift.
• Hands-on and team-focused leadership style.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
