Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants with leadership or coordination responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of service standards, pacing and sequence.
• Ability to guide others clearly and constructively.
• Decisive, observant and comfortable engaging with guests.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to anticipate service needs and remain composed during shifts.
• Hands-on, team-focused leadership style.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Model company service standards and reinforce consistency throughout each seating.
• Maintain an active presence and respond thoughtfully to guest needs or concerns.
• Monitor the pace and sequence of service and make adjustments when needed.
• Keep chefs and front-of-house team aligned on timing, allergies and special requests.
• Provide real-time guidance and support during service.
• Contribute to preparation, training and team feedback.
• Ensure guest-facing areas and service stations remain ready and organized.
