The role leads across sales, operations, legal, procurement, and technical teams, developing documentation and ensuring profitable delivery while guarding NCR Voyix's contractual and financial interests in negotiations.

• Ensure NCR Voyix contractual, financial, and delivery interests are protected.

Position Summary
The Service Architect is responsible for designing, costing, and gaining approval for service solutions that align with customer requirements, sales strategy, operational capabilities, and financial objectives. The role serves as the primary solution lead throughout the opportunity lifecycle, coordinating stakeholders across sales, operations, legal, procurement, and technical teams.
