Lou Fusz Kia of Moline, Illinois is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our heated, air-conditioned shop in a brand-new facility. In this role you will oversee the flow of the service drive, ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service, and take ownership of the customer experience.

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer experience and complete assignments to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily technician time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
