You will help customers understand repairs, stay up to date with product knowledge, and contribute to customer happiness while maintaining quality standards and CSI.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver excellent service from receipt to vehicle release.
• Assist customers in servicing and explain needed work to customers.
• Translate customer-reported problems into actionable work orders for technicians.
• Explain services performed and keep customers informed throughout the service.
• Stay updated on new products and training.
• Maintain a service follow-up system to encourage repeat business and CSI.
• Ensure that automotive work meets company quality standards.
• Set goals and develop an annual operating budget and marketing plan.
• Maintain a high CSI by addressing complaints promptly.
• Facilitate customer transportation.
