Bob Bell Chevrolet Bel Air is seeking a driven, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Main Shop team. This role offers the potential to earn $100K+ annually and growth opportunities within a trusted, family-owned dealership group.

You will welcome customers, gather vehicle information, communicate concerns to technicians, and prepare estimates for parts and labor while maintaining excellent customer service and driving satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven record of achieving high customer satisfaction.
• Experience as a Service Advisor, Service Consultant, or Assistant Lane Manager (required).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High energy, integrity, and professionalism.
• Desire for a long-term career with a growing organization.
• CDK software experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers promptly and professionally.
• Gather and record customer and vehicle information.
• Accurately communicate customer concerns and vehicle symptoms to technicians.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on age, mileage, and vehicle history.
• Prepare clear and accurate estimates for parts and labor.
• Set follow-up expectations and provide frequent status updates to customers.
• Track repair progress throughout the day to ensure timely service.
• Review final invoices to confirm accuracy with completed work.
• Explain services performed, recommendations, and charges to customers.
