You will greet customers, coordinate with technicians, suggest needed services, and ensure accurate invoicing. Preferred: 1 year dealership Service Advisor experience and Reynolds & Reynolds familiarity.

Qualifications

• One year of dealership Service Advisor experience, preferred.
• Proven record of exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Greets and consults with customers to interpret needs for service.
• Primary point of contact for all service and repair matters.
• Consult with mechanics about repairs and alternatives to expensive work.
• Sell additional needed services.
• Set and manage expectations for service delivery for customers and mechanics.
• Continuously updates customers on repair needs and completion times.
• Verify that final invoice reconciles with the work performed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
