Job summary

Vector Security Networks seeks a Senior Service Accounts Coordinator in Gainesville, VA or remote within the US. You will serve as a dedicated point of contact for corporate customers, handling escalations, service estimates, and periodic client summaries to manage the customer experience.

You will facilitate customer reporting, participate in meetings and QBRs, coordinate with NAMs, field technicians, and vendors, and ensure SLA and invoicing requirements are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in a call center or customer service environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present performance in formal business settings.
• Effective time management and prioritization.
• Analytical problem-solving and understanding customer needs.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer reporting and SLA compliance updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations and requests.
• Deliver quarterly or annual business reviews with metrics.
• Support billing reviews and invoicing processes.
• Assist with service estimates and changes within approved scope.
• Update knowledge base and train on account workflow.
