Job summary

You will draft contracts, coordinate internal approvals, and manage renewals and pricing updates while maintaining accurate records and escalating complex terms to Legal. Qualifications

• Experience with contracts or business administration preferred.
• Ability to draft and review contracts using templates.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with contract systems and MS Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft standard contracts using approved templates.
• Submit amendments and non-standard contracts for Legal review.
• Participate in calls to support drafting and negotiation processes.
• Maintain contract summaries and M-Files records.
• Generate reports on contract status, expirations, renewals, and pricing.
