Jobot seeks a dynamic Service Account Manager in Las Vegas and Northern California to grow the client’s service business. You will prospect, qualify, set up accounts, present proposals, and manage the procurement process.

You will cultivate relationships with owners of existing buildings and drive service maintenance agreements and project work. Expect frequent travel and close collaboration with internal teams to maximize revenue.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Two-year degree or equivalent training and experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to job sites within the region.

Aufgaben

• Actively manage the service sales process from prospecting to close, including proposals and presentations.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships within assigned customer accounts.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and coordinate internal teams to enable sales growth.
• Continuously generate new sales via existing networks and social outreach.
• Identify new business opportunities as the customer’s building solutions partner for local service offerings.
• Frequent travel to job sites within the assigned region.
