Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Service Account Manager for HVAC/Plumbing in Las Vegas and Northern California. You will prospect, develop relationships, and close service maintenance agreements and truck-based service work with owner-direct customers.

The role requires travel to job sites across the region, strong communication, and a proven track record in meeting sales targets within the building services industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar service/account management role.
• Two-year degree or equivalent trade training.
• HVAC systems knowledge and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently in the region.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage the service sales process to close sales, including prospecting, qualifying, customer’s setup and procurement process, proposals, presentations, as well as handling questions and objections.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships within assigned customer accounts.
• Act as a point of contact for customers, engaging any internal teams or support necessary to allow for additional business development.
• Continuously generate new sales by using existing and potential customer networks and social networking.
• Identify new business opportunities acting as the customer’s building solutions partner for all areas of locally provided service offerings.
• Frequent travel to job sites within the assigned region.
