Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic Server Support specialist in Indianapolis to handle client devices, diagnose issues, and deliver timely resolutions on-site. You will communicate clearly with clients, document calls, and follow established SLAs while coordinating parts and maintenance with service teams.

The role requires 0–2 years experience, a technical certification, and a valid driver’s license. Some travel and overnight assignments may be required.

Qualifications

• Education and experience as stated: technical school certification or equivalent, 0–2 years in a related role.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain OEM Certifications as directed by management.
• Knowledge of relevant software and hardware.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver service calls within client SLA.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks and real-time reporting for each call.
• Follow policies and guidelines for successful service delivery.
• Manage assets and inventory with timely turnover of parts.
