Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic Server Support specialist to troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, and servers while delivering timely client service. The role focuses on accurate issue resolution and maintaining strong client communication in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires technical certification or equivalent and a valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to client sites, including long distances and overnight assignments when needed.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance.
• Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the established service level agreement for each client.
• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria as outlined in guidelines and policies.
• Complete administrative tasks associated with each call as documented in policies and guidelines.
• Complete real-time reporting of all calls as documented in policies and guidelines.
• Follow established policies and documents relating to service delivery for each client.
