Yoh Life Sciences is seeking a Sr. Separations Scientist in the Bristol, PA area to lead chromatographic method development for ADCs and conjugated therapeutics.

You will develop workflows for protein/antibody characterization, linker-payload analysis, and DAR determinations to support clinical programs. The role requires advanced degrees with extensive chromatography experience and collaboration across process development, quality, and bioassay teams.

Competenze

• PhD in Analytical Chemistry or related field required; 0 years of industry experience. MS with 2+ years or BS with 4+ years of relevant experience acceptable.
• Extensive hands-on experience with LCUV characterization of biologics, ADCs, or related conjugated therapeutics.
• Experience with RPLC/UV, SEC-UV, IEX-UV, and non-reduced/reduced cIEF techniques.
• Strong understanding of protein chemistry and biopharmaceutical analytical development.
• Experience with data analysis software such as Waters Empower or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Lead development, optimization, and transfer of chromatographic analytical methods for ADCs and conjugated therapeutics.
• Design and execute chromatographic studies for characterization of proteins, antibodies, linker-payloads, and related species.
• Perform DAR analysis, aggregation, fragmentation, charge variant assessment, free payload and linker impurity analysis, and stability studies.
• Support analytical investigations related to process development, deviations, comparability, and product quality assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish analytical control strategies and CQAs.
• Develop robust sample preparation workflows for proteins, peptides, oligonucleotides, and conjugated modalities for chromatographic analyses.
• Interpret complex data and communicate findings to project teams and sponsors.
