Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director of Separations within the Analytical Method Sciences (AMS) organization. The role leads chromatography, electrophoretic, and characterization methods to support commercial biologics testing and lifecycle management.

You will guide analytical strategy, ensure governance, and drive capability development across teams, partnering with Quality Control, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and MS&T to support regulatory submissions and health authority

Formación

• Significant experience in analytical sciences supporting biologics development, commercialization, licensure, and lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated expertise in analytical characterization methodologies including SEC, CEX, CE-SDS, icIEF, peptide mapping, glycan analysis, and related techniques.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and talent development skills with strategic thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the strategic vision for the AMS Separations organization in alignment with business objectives.
• Build capability through talent development, succession planning, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Develop future technical and people leaders, ensuring a sustainable pipeline of scientific talent.
• Allocate resources across multiple products, platforms, and initiatives; drive continuous improvement.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, technical excellence, and innovation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align analytical strategies with regulatory and commercial needs.
