Tribute Technology in the United States is seeking an SEO & PPC Marketing Manager to own and grow search channels for funeral home and death care brands across the US and Canada. You’ll lead SEO, paid search, GEO and AI optimization, and manage a team across the US, Canada and the Philippines.

This hands-on leadership role requires setting strategy, bringing new ideas, and building a single reporting system that ladders all channel data into client dashboards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management experience, ideally leading search or performance marketing teams.
• 7+ years hands-on SEO and PPC experience with measurable growth and efficiency gains.
• Experience managing teams or accounts across multiple countries (US, Canada, Philippines) or similar markets.
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Google Search Console, GA4 and leading SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs).
• Working knowledge of GEO and AIO and visibility in AI-generated search results.
• Strong analytics and reporting skills; building dashboards and combining data from diverse sources.
• Ability to present strategy and results to leadership and stakeholders.
• Agency experience managing client accounts and scaling offshore teams in the Philippines.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive search channels (SEO, PPC, GEO, AIO) across client accounts.
• Manage paid search budgets and bidding with focus on CPC, CPA, ROAS.
• Lead technical, on-page, and off-page SEO including audits, content strategy and link acquisition.
• Develop GEO/AIO strategy to ensure visibility in AI-generated answers.
• Improve channel efficiency through testing, automation, and smarter budgeting.
• Track market changes and translate into new offerings and tactics.
• Design and run structured experiments and scale successful approaches.
• Present strategy, results and recommendations to leadership and partners.
• Lead and develop specialists across US, Canada, and the Philippines.
• Document processes for launches, updates, QA, and reporting; refine as the team grows.
• Own reporting end-to-end and ladder data into a single source of truth.
• Define KPIs and reporting standards; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Turn data into clear narratives for clients about outcomes and next steps.
