Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
• 3+ years leading an SEO team.
• Proven experience managing SEO for eCommerce websites with strong revenue impact.
• Extensive experience managing SEO campaigns for USA and Canada clients.
• Proven track record of ranking highly competitive keywords on Google's first page.
• Strong portfolio of successful SEO case studies with measurable business impact.
• Deep expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Digital PR, Authority Link Building, Content Strategy, Entity SEO, Topical Authority, Internal Linking, Schema Markup, Core Web Vitals, E-E-A-T, Local SEO, Programmatic SEO.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEO strategy for multiple US & Canadian clients across industries.
• Build and mentor a high-performance SEO team.
• Develop long-term organic growth strategies that drive traffic, leads, and revenue.
• Own Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Content Strategy, Link Building, and Digital PR.
• Plan and execute high-authority Digital PR campaigns to earn editorial backlinks.
• Build relationships with journalists, publishers, bloggers, and media outlets.
• Create SEO strategies aligned with Google's latest algorithms and AI-powered search.
• Implement and optimize AEO and GEO strategies for AI search platforms.
• Conduct advanced keyword research, topical authority planning, and content gap analysis.
• Work closely with content writers, developers, designers, and marketing teams.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and continuously improve performance.
