Job summary

ADP in the United States is hiring a Senior Manager, Search Optimization to lead optimization across SEO, AEO, and GEO. You will own meaningful workstreams from diagnosis through implementation, collaborating with Content, Web, Product Marketing, and Analytics.

This role is an individual contributor with broad autonomy and access to substantial resources within ADP’s Growth Marketing team. This position focuses on improving visibility, citation, and recommendations across traditional search,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO, AEO, or GEO experience.
• Proven ability to drive measurable results independently.
• Deep knowledge of crawlability, indexation, and rendering.
• Experience with enterprise analytics platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize search optimization opportunities across technical SEO, content, site architecture, and structured data.
• Build and execute roadmaps for SEO, AEO, and GEO tied to qualified traffic and revenue.
• Improve visibility across Google, AI Overviews, and AI agents; ensure data can be accessed and cited by AI.
• Conduct technical audits and translate findings into requirements for web and engineering partners.
• Use data to measure visibility, share of voice, and downstream conversions.
• Collaborate with CRO, Web, Content, Analytics to improve high-intent landing pages via experiments.
• Drive scalable improvements across templates, taxonomies, and programmatic content.
• Establish standards, monitoring, and playbooks for scalable optimization.
• Stay ahead of search tech and competitive landscape for practical opportunities.
