Job summary

Trend Capital Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced, hands-on SEO leader to own organic growth across our financial services and insurance websites.

You will own technical performance, content strategy, and revenue-driven optimization, with a focus on GEO, AEO, and AI search capabilities. You will set strategy, drive improvements, measure outcomes, and build an SEO and organic growth department as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Ideally, 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results.
• Strong technical SEO skills with knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS.
• Practical understanding of GEO, AEO, and AI search, including testing ideas and distinguishing evidence from speculation.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog.
• Experience with content strategy, expert outreach, digital PR, link acquisition, and external authority building.
• Understanding of conversion optimization, revenue attribution, and monetization through affiliates or referrals.
• Ability to prioritize work based on expected business impact, effort, and results.
• Strong communication, independent problem-solving, and ownership from planning through implementation and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own organic growth strategy and execution across technical SEO, content, authority building, and AI search visibility.
• Build and manage a prioritized roadmap across SEO initiatives with measurable goals.
• Identify and fix technical issues; audit crawling, indexing, site architecture, redirects, and structured data.
• Collaborate with developers to implement changes and verify results.
• Create, commission, and improve content that connects visitors with products and lead opportunities.
• Develop relationships with industry experts and recruit contributors for authentic content.
• Grow visibility across traditional and AI search, including GEO and AEO experiments.
• Monitor traffic, conversions, and revenue; tie improvements to business outcomes.
• Lead the SEO team as the opportunity grows, including hiring contractors and writers.
• Turn traffic into revenue by optimizing landing pages, CTAs, and conversion paths.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and development to test changes and monetize traffic.
