Job summary

French Florist is seeking a Senior Manager, SEO & Digital Growth to own organic growth across traditional and AI-powered search, local discovery, and the website experience. This hands-on role connects GEO, SEO, local search, content, UX, CRO, and analytics into a cohesive engine for our multi-location business.

You will partner with Marketing, Development/Technology and franchise owners to increase revenue across corporate and franchise locations while building scalable processes and roadmaps

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, organic growth, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI-powered search.
• Experience supporting a franchise, dealer network, or multi-unit business at scale.
• Strong working knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush) and analytics platforms (GA4, GTM, Search Console).
• Ability to lead content strategy, technical optimization, and local search initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead GEO initiatives across AI platforms and optimize brand presence in AI engines.
• Own SEO strategy, roadmaps, and long-term growth.
• Direct local search initiatives and manage local business profiles for all locations.
• Oversee site health, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and technical performance.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Engineering, and franchise owners to drive revenue.
• Build dashboards and define metrics for organic performance and CRO tests.
