The role requires 5+ years of hands-on SEO, strong technical skills, and a practical grasp of GEO, AEO, and AI search. You will set strategy, implement changes, measure impact, and lead an expanding SEO team.

Qualifications

• Ideally 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results.
• Case studies showing improvements in organic traffic, qualified leads, sales, or revenue and your contribution.
• Strong technical SEO skills with HTML/CSS/JavaScript familiarity and CMS experience.
• Practical understanding of GEO, AEO, and AI search, with testable ideas.

Responsibilities

• Own organic growth strategy and execution with a prioritized roadmap across technical SEO, content, authority building, and AI search visibility.
• Identify and fix technical issues: crawling, indexing, architecture, linking, redirects, canonical tags, structured data, mobile usability, speed.
• Build content that attracts and converts: research keywords, create and improve content for products, offers, and lead generation.
• Develop relationships with industry experts for interviews, quotes, and reviews to boost credibility.
• Grow visibility across traditional and AI search, testing GEO/AEO approaches and AI search platforms.
• Build external authority through backlinks, editorial coverage, and partnerships.
• Own community and review channels (Reddit, ConsumerAffairs, Trustpilot) with authentic engagement.
• Turn traffic into revenue by optimizing landing pages, CTAs, and lead forms; collaborate across teams.
• Implement and validate monetization tracking with affiliate/referral links and conversion events.
• Monitor performance with analytics and revenue reporting; communicate changes and next steps.
• Stay ahead of search changes by tracking algorithms, competitor moves, and AI developments.
• Build the team by identifying gaps and recruiting writers, specialists, and outreach pros.
