Tribute Technology is seeking an SEO & PPC Marketing Manager to own and grow search channels for funeral home and death care brands across the United States and Canada. You will lead SEO, paid search (PPC), GEO and AI Optimization (AIO), and manage a team across the US, Canada and the Philippines, ensuring performance and efficiency in each channel.

ABOUT YOU:

Tribute Technology is hiring an SEO & PPC Marketing Manager to own and grow search channels for funeral home and death care brands across the United States and Canada. You'll lead SEO, paid search (PPC), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI Optimization (AIO), manage a team spanning the US, Canada and the Philippines, and be accountable for both performance and efficiency in each channel.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll set strategy, bring new ideas to the table, manage people across channels, and build a single, reliable reporting system that ladders all of our channel data into one place for client reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own and drive the search channels
  • Own strategy, execution and results for SEO, PPC, GEO and AIO across all client accounts.
  • Manage paid search budgets and bidding across Google Ads and other paid platforms, with a constant focus on CPC, CPA and ROAS.
  • Lead technical, on-page and off-page SEO, including site audits, content strategy, keyword research and link acquisition.
  • Build our approach to GEO and AIO so clients are visible and cited in AI-generated answers, including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude.
  • Continuously improve channel efficiency through testing, automation and smarter allocation of budget and effort.
• Bring new strategy to the table
  • Track changes in search, paid media and AI-driven discovery, and turn them into new offerings and tactics for clients.
  • Design and run structured experiments, then scale what works.
  • Act as the senior search voice internally, presenting strategy, results and recommendations to leadership and partner teams with confidence.
• Lead the team across three markets
  • Manage and develop specialists in the US, Canada and the Philippines, including hiring, coaching and performance reviews.
  • Build and document the processes the team runs on, from campaign launches and SEO updates to QA and reporting, and refine them as the team grows.
  • Coordinate across time zones and adapt strategy to each market's search behavior, competition and regulations.
  • Manage day-to-day team workflows, including priorities, task assignment, capacity and deadlines, so work moves smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks.
• Own reporting and data
  • Own our reporting end to end, from data sources through to client-ready dashboards.
  • Ladder data from SEO, PPC, GEO, AIO and analytics platforms into one source of truth.
  • Define KPIs and reporting standards for every channel, and make sure numbers are accurate, consistent and on time.
  • Turn data into clear stories that show clients what happened, why, and what we'll do next.
