Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and labor optimization on a complex project.
• Inspect site for safety and correct deficiencies.
• Coordinate safety training and promote ZERO Accident Philosophy.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Lead subcontractor management and monitoring of craft performance.
• Review time records and oversee material/equipment installation per drawings.
