Job summary
Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer, Semiconductor to drive growth in a strategic market.
You will combine technical expertise with business development, engaging OEMs and end users to identify and win opportunities in advanced thermoplastic materials for semiconductor applications. You will lead technical sales efforts, mentor other sales professionals, and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to shape the next generation of semiconductor materials.

- 10+ years in semiconductor industry roles or equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Drive semiconductor market growth and develop growth strategies across applications such as wet processing, in-chamber, CMP, and backend test.
- Identify strategic accounts and key decision-makers; map OEMs and end users.
- Provide technical sales leadership and mentor field personnel on semiconductor materials and applications.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to support customer opportunities and product strategy.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce and participate in customer meetings for technical guidance.
