Hanwha Convergence USA is seeking a Semiconductor I&C Field Construction Manager to supervise E&I/I&C construction on a major FAB project in Indiana or Philadelphia. You will lead field crews performing cable tray, conduit, instrument installation, I/O checks, and loop checks, coordinating with Site Manager and QA/QC to meet schedule, quality, and safety targets.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor degree in a technical field.
• 15+ years in industrial/semiconductor E&I/I&C construction with crew leadership.
• Ability to read E&I and electrical drawings and loop diagrams.
• Willing to relocate to Indiana or Philadelphia and obtain a U.S. work visa.

Responsabilités

• Supervise workface execution of E&I/I&C scope including cable tray, conduit, instruments, I/O checks, and loop checks.
• Lead foremen, technicians, local and subcontracted crews; assign tasks and monitor productivity.
• Coordinate Site Manager/PM plans into daily/weekly schedules; track progress.
• Review I&C drawings, loop diagrams, and installation details; ensure compliance and safety.
• Provide practical field guidance on sequencing, access, congestion, and safe execution.
