Job summary

Hanwha Convergence USA is seeking a Semiconductor I&C Field Supervisor to lead field crews and support day-to-day execution of the attached Electrical, Instrumentation & Control scope on a major FAB project in Indiana or Philadelphia, depending on assignment.

You will provide hands-on field supervision and essential I&C execution support for cable tray, conduit, cable pulling, termination, field instrumentation, I/O check, loop check, and installation verification activities as part of the Site

Qualifications

• 7+ years in industrial/semiconductor electrical and I&C field construction
• Hands-on experience with cable pulling, cable tray/conduit, termination, field instrumentation, I/O check, loop test, or pre-commissioning support
• Ability to read I&C and electrical drawings, cable schedules, loop diagrams, instrument lists, and installation details
• Experience leading or supporting small crews in E&I/I&C field execution
• Fluent in Korean; coordinate with Korean-speaking teams and basic English with local crews
• Willing to relocate to Indiana or Philadelphia; able to obtain U.S. work visa (sponsorship provided)
• Semiconductor FAB experience; OSHA 10/30 and field installation verification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead or support daily execution of FAB E&I/I&C work including cable tray, conduit, termination, and instrument installation
• Supervise small crews; communicate work instructions and ensure safe, productive field execution
• Check workface readiness (drawings, materials, tools, access, permits, sequence, crew availability) and report constraints
• Read I&C drawings, schedules, loop diagrams; follow project specifications
• Support I/O checks, point-to-point checks, loop checks, punch lists, and pre-commissioning activities
• Provide field coordination with client teams, QA/QC, Safety, and local crews
• Verify correct installation of cables, trays, devices; identify installation issues and report to PM/Site Manager
• Ensure OSHA safety requirements; lead toolbox talks and JHAs
• Maintain daily notes, progress/quantity data, red-line markups, punch items
