Job summary

Hoffman Construction Company in Boise, ID seeks an Instrumentation and Controls Field Superintendent to lead the I&C discipline on a semiconductor construction project. You will coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and the client to drive layout, planning, and execution while maintaining safety and integrity in field operations.

This fully onsite role requires a minimum of ten years of instrumentation and controls construction experience, a relevant technical degree, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Ten years of instrumentation and controls construction experience.
• OHSA 30 Certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• Experience with design and constructability issues on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities with other superintendents and I&C subcontractors.
• Supervise multiple subcontractors and craft employees.
• Maintain and adjust the project schedule.
• Manage RFIs and submittal materials for client/review.
• Manage cost control and QA/QC program.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed.
