Chewy is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Search Engine Marketing Optimization to own measurement, bidding, and optimization systems for a multi-million-dollar SEM program. You will influence senior partners and work across Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Finance.

The role is based in Seattle, WA or Boston, MA, reporting to the Associate Director, Search Marketing, with a focus on measurable impact and strategic experimentation to drive customer acquisition.

Formación

• 7+ years in search engine marketing, ecommerce, performance marketing, or analytics.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar digital ad programs at scale.
• Experience with bidding & optimization systems and value-based bidding.
• Experience with external ad platforms and internal data systems.
• Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and communicate insights.

Responsabilidades

• Own roadmap for SEM measurement, bidding, and optimization.
• Lead development of high-scale bidding and optimization systems.
• Set measurement and experimentation agenda for a multi-million-dollar program.
• Identify data/measurement gaps and work with tech teams to close them.
• Partner with Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Product, Finance, and Marketing.
• Build relationships with Google, Microsoft, and other partners.
• Diagnose program performance and advise on actions.
• Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Create repeatable standards and automation for faster decision-making.
• Communicate strategy, progress, and findings across the company.
