Chewy seeks a Senior Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing Experimentation, to lead the testing strategy across display, retargeting, and emerging environments from Seattle, WA or Boston, MA. You’ll shape the roadmap, define measurement criteria, and collaborate with Analytics, Product, and Finance to drive scalable, data-driven customer acquisition.

The role requires 7+ years in performance or growth marketing, strong analytical ability, and the capacity to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, economics, business, computer science, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, ecommerce, growth marketing, digital advertising, product management, or a related field.
• Experience developing and scaling new marketing programs, channels, partnerships, or customer acquisition capabilities.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, experimentation, customer acquisition, and measurement, including incrementality testing.
• Ability to evaluate emerging platforms and advertising opportunities, develop a clear point of view, and make thoughtful investment recommendations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to execute ideas from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for performance marketing experimentation across display, retargeting, and emerging environments.
• Develop a point of view on changes in customer behavior and technology; translate into recommendations where to invest.
• Lead experiments from hypothesis to decision, including business case, audience strategy, and measurement.
• Develop and test display and retargeting opportunities to reach high-intent customers.
• Lead exploration of emerging advertising environments, ensuring platform readiness and a path from pilot to scale.
• Partner with Creative, Analytics, Product, Engineering, and other teams to solve customer needs and business priorities.
• Establish senior relationships with third-party platforms and publishers to influence product and measurement design.
• Define testing standards and decision frameworks for evaluating opportunities.
