Job summary

Quill seeks a Manager, Search Engine Marketing to lead its paid search strategy and performance across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. You will own day-to-day SEM health and drive optimization, working with an external agency and cross-functional partners.

The role requires analytical rigor, ownership mindset, and the ability to influence without formal authority, with a hybrid in-office/remote schedule and a focus on customer acquisition and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics or analytics.
• Seven or more years of paid search or performance marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience building, managing, optimizing, and reporting on paid search and Shopping campaigns.
• Experience managing or influencing scaled SEM programs with budget oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day health and performance of Quill’s paid search across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Lead the agency team responsible for SEM execution by setting priorities and evaluating deliverables.
• Analyze performance drivers across queries, campaigns, products, audiences, devices, geographies, bids, budgets and feed health.
