Job summary

Marketbridge is seeking a Senior Manager, Search Engine Marketing to lead paid search strategy and performance across multiple client programs. This remote role requires EST hours and offers hands-on SEM leadership with a strong focus on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

You will translate client objectives into scalable paid search programs, oversee budgeting, measurement, and optimization, and mentor a growing SEM team while collaborating with analytics, strategy, and creative teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEM / paid search experience with complex campaigns.
• Demonstrated B2B SEM experience with pipeline impact.
• Advanced hands-on with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Strong analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution knowledge.
• Agency or client-service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEM strategy and execution across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Translate client goals into paid search strategies, roadmaps, and KPIs.
• Oversee campaign architecture, account structure, keyword strategy, bidding, and optimization.
• Forecast SEM budgets and measure CPA, ROAS, and revenue impact.
• Lead testing programs across bidding, audiences, ads, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with analytics to improve conversion tracking and reporting.
