Job summary

Marketbridge, a partner to leading B2B brands, is seeking a Senior Manager, Search Engine Marketing (SEM) to lead paid search strategy and performance across multiple client programs.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on SEM expertise to translate client goals into scalable campaigns.\n\nAs the senior SEM partner, you will oversee planning, optimization, and budgeting, mentor the SEM team, and advance automation and measurement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEM / paid search experience across multiple client accounts.
• Demonstrated B2B SEM experience with longer sales cycles and pipeline impact.
• Advanced hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Proven ability to translate business goals into paid search strategies.
• Experience with conversion tracking, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEM strategy and execution across client accounts.
• Translate client goals into paid search strategies and KPIs.
• Oversee campaign architecture, bidding, and optimization.
• Manage SEM budgets with pacing and performance targets.
• Lead automation and testing strategies for bidding and audiences.
• Collaborate with analytics, strategy, CRM, and marketing teams.
