Job summary

PMG is seeking an SEM Senior Lead to shape search strategies and mentor a growing team across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms. You will drive tactical execution, align activities with client goals, and help unlock scalable growth using Alli.

You will partner with media strategy, creative, and analytics to deliver full-funnel campaigns, monitor performance, and propose cross-channel improvements. A passion for data-driven results and leadership is essential to elevate client ROI and PMG's

Qualifications

• 6+ years of paid search experience.
• Expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with actionable insights.
• Proven ROI optimization across campaigns.
• Experience mentoring team members and leading initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the tactical execution and optimization of search programs, managing marketing activities to ensure alignment with client goals and scalable growth.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on account management across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and others for a variety of clients.
• Develop creative and messaging strategies that align with Google best practices and deliver results for client campaigns.
• Define comprehensive strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and display networks, tailored to meet specific client objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing cross-channel recommendations to maximize revenue, return on investment, and overall impact.
• Motivate and inspire teammates, serving as a leader and mentor within PMG’s search team while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Drive adoption of PMG’s proprietary platform, Alli, integrating its capabilities into client accounts and contributing to its evolution through product recommendations.
• Lead PMG-wide search training, sharing expertise and driving departmental initiatives to ensure team success.
