Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 7+ years in marketing, SEM/SEO or related area.
• Experience managing $50MM+ annual digital budgets.
• Strong Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising expertise.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEM strategy across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Own budget allocation, pacing and ROI-driven optimization.
• Improve bids, keywords, creatives, and campaign structure.
• Build dashboards and deliver actionable insights.
• Lead testing of new features and AI-driven growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with analytics, product, and sales teams to ensure data integrity.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

MBA preferred

7+ years of experience in marketing
