Amazon.com Services LLC – A57 is seeking a Paid Acquisition Marketing Specialist to own and scale SEM campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. You will build GA4 dashboards, conduct keyword research, and lead end-to-end testing to improve quality score and conversion rates.

This role sits in the Relay Acquisition Marketing team, driving full-funnel growth with data-driven decisions, rigorous reporting, and strategic bidding. On-site opportunities exist in multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional or military experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent.
• Experience in Search Engine Marketing, Google and Microsoft Ad accounts, Digital Marketing, Data Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Conduct keyword research, match-type strategy, and negative keyword governance.
• Test ad copy, extensions, and landing page strategies with A/B testing.
• Maintain campaign architecture and bidding strategies for scalable growth.
• Establish reporting cadences with variance analysis and recommendations.
