TickPick LLC is hiring a Senior Paid Search Manager to own SEM end-to-end, auditing the account, testing relentlessly, and building automation with engineering support. You will scale our search budget efficiently and shape tooling around it, with a focus on hands-on craft in paid search.

The role emphasizes a deep, technical operator who will own account structure, bidding, and advanced measurement while collaborating with Engineering, Data & Analytics, and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in paid search or performance marketing with hands-on craft.
• Deep mastery of Google Ads; build and optimize campaign structure and bidding personally.
• Experience with AI at a software level; built or co-built tools for auditing, bid optimization, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own paid search strategy, execution, pacing, and optimization end to end.
• Build and refine campaign structure across brand, non-brand, competitor, event, seasonal, and promotional categories.
• Manage bidding, budget, and pacing updates daily; perform search-term mining and negative keyword hygiene.
• Develop bidding frameworks (tCPA, tROAS, value-based) and co-build AI tooling for auditing and reporting.
• Monitor CAC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV; ensure measurement integrity and attribution.
