Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Commercial Property & Casualty insurance agency.
• Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance.
• Must hold a Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Knowledge of Sagitta and ImageRight preferred.
• Industry designation such as ARM, CIC, CPCU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, personalized support to assigned Select Commercial Lines clients.
• Make recommendations for client insurance programs based on USI's proprietary solution set.
• Provide advanced technical expertise to clients and prospects.
• Support sales and cross-selling opportunities; accompany Producer and Practice Leaders to meetings.
• Manage client accounts per USI guidelines and KPIs.
• Own renewal workflow to avoid lapses in coverage.
• Market and place client renewals.
• Determine the most-appropriate carriers for pricing.
• Analyze and compare carrier quotes and coverage offerings.
• Develop relationships with carriers to negotiate on clients’ behalf.
• Adhere to credit and collection policy in invoicing and payments.
• Request policy cancellations per standards.
• Stay current on industry information and trends.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Attend weekly sales/marketing meetings.
