Job summary

USI Insurance Services is seeking a consultative account manager for Commercial Lines Select clients generating $10,000 to $15,000 in revenue. You will market, analyze coverage options, present recommendations, and implement programs while maintaining 92%+ retention.

Role supports the sales process and renewals with a focus on carrier relations and cross-selling opportunities. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a commercial P&C setting, a valid P&C license, and proficiency with Sagitta and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a Commercial Property & Casualty insurance agency.
• Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance.
• Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance.
• Knowledge of Sagitta and ImageRight is preferred.
• Industry credentials such as ARM, CIC or CPCU are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, personalized support to assigned Select Commercial Lines clients.
• Make recommendations for client insurance programs using USI's solutions.
• Offer advanced technical expertise to clients and prospects.
• Support sales and cross-selling opportunities with Producers and Practice Leaders.
• Manage client accounts per USI guidelines and KPIs.
• Oversee renewal workflow to avoid coverage lapses.
• Market and place client renewals and determine carriers.
• Analyze and compare quotes and coverages to make program recommendations.
• Build relationships with carriers for client-negotiated terms.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in weekly meetings.
