Job summary

The role requires licensing in Property & Casualty, at least 3 years in a Commercial P&C agency, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a Commercial Property & Casualty insurance agency.
• Licensed Property and Casualty insurance agent.
• Knowledge of Sagitta or ImageRight preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and retention for commercial lines.
• Educate clients on policy changes and insurance trends.
• Respond to client and carrier requests within agreed timeframes.
• Manage renewal workflows to avoid lapses in coverage.
• Negotiate renewals and prepare insurance proposals.
