Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a SEIT CAM Systems Engineer Level 3/4 to support the SiAW missile program at our Northridge, CA facility. You will own CAM plans, manage EVMS-based cost/schedule, and drive performance across SEIT control accounts.

The role requires strong experience in EVMS, CAM processes, and systems engineering lifecycle with an active Secret clearance. On-site work with relocation assistance may be considered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of systems engineering experience with requirements development and verification.
• Demonstrated CAM experience using EVMS with cost/schedule tracking and recovery plans.
• Experience planning and executing SEIT activities within EVMS, aligning technical scope with cost/schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support Lead Systems Engineer in SEIT scope for control accounts.
• Serve as CAM for SEIT scope, managing content, cost, and schedule.
• Develop CAM plans with scope, resources, baselines, and change control; monitor performance.
