Motive Workforce is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to support missile propulsion programs in Canoga Park. You will lead CAM activities, track cost and schedule with EVMS, and coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, production, and supply chain to ensure successful program execution.

The role requires managing budgets, IMS, and supporting end-to-end proposal development, including cost estimates and customer submissions. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAM and EVMS is desirable.
• Familiarity with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) is preferred.
• Background in cost estimation and budgeting supports program execution.

Responsabilités

• Lead CAM activities using EVMS to track cost, schedule, and performance.
• Manage technical execution, project budgets, and IMS to meet objectives.
• Support end-to-end proposal development, including cost estimates and schedules.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, production, supply chain, and quality teams.
• Apply understanding of design, BOMs, tooling, procurement, and validation testing.
• Identify and resolve technical and program execution challenges with minimal oversight.
• Report project status, risks, schedules, and financial performance to leadership.
• Travel up to 10% to supplier locations and production facilities.
