Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a SEIT CAM Systems Engineer Level 3/4 to support the SiAW missile program at our Northridge, CA facility. The role requires CAM ownership of technical content, cost, and schedule with EVMS reporting.

Ideal candidates will have a BS in engineering, 5+ years of systems engineering experience, and an active Secret clearance. Relocation assistance may be available; on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline with 5+ years systems engineering experience.
• CAM with EVMS: baseline planning, cost and schedule tracking, variance analysis.
• Experience planning and executing systems engineering activities within an EVMS environment.
• Secret security clearance adjudicated within the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SEIT scope for assigned control accounts.
• Serve as CAM for SEIT scope, owning content, cost, and schedule, and executing to EVMS processes.
• Develop CAM plans with baselines, resource-loaded schedules, baselines, and change control; monitor performance.
• Support requirements development, architecture/design, integration, test, and verification for missile/weapon subsystems.
• Prepare and present SEIT and CAM/EVMS status, risks, and mitigation plans to Program Management, Business Management, and the customer.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and IPTs to ensure technical execution and EVMS performance remain on plan.
