Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Crop Science or related field with 5+ years of seed sales experience.
• Proven ability to interact with customers, suppliers, employees, and management at all levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with retailers and distributors to grow sales and gross margin.
• Plan, train, and sell along the value ladder with channel partners.
• Deliver planned sales calls with growers and dairies.
• Forecast and participate in quarterly planning, orders, and shipping activities.
• Provide regional agronomic support and communicate value proposition.
