Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise evaluating sediment remediation technologies and designs for riverine, coastal, and port settings.
• Understand sediment transport, site assessment, sampling technologies, cap modeling, dredge approaches.
• Support mathematical/statistical evaluations of environmental data sets.
• Serve as CDM Smith’s task manager on complex sediment sites with clients and SMEs.
• Lead staff in preparing and reviewing technical information to meet regs and policies.
• Act as liaison with clients, the public, and outside consultants on technical discussions.
