CDM Smith is seeking a mid- to senior-level Sediment Remediation Engineer to lead projects for federal and public sector clients. You will work independently and manage teams, applying your sediment remediation expertise to riverine, coastal, and port settings.

This role requires a PE license, a civil/environmental/chemical engineering degree, and about 7 years of related experience. Domestic or international travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental or Chemical Engineering and PE license.
• 7 years of related experience; travel may be required.
• Expert knowledge of CAD and design principles; familiarity with regulatory requirements.
• Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate feasibility of sediment remediation technologies and design solutions for riverine, coastal, riparian, and port settings.
• Lead teams on sediment sites; develop and communicate technical strategy to clients and CDM Smith SMEs.
• Support mathematical/statistical evaluations of environmental data sets.
• Serve as CDM Smith’s technical liaison with clients, public, and consultants; oversee document quality and compliance.
• Lead staff in preparing and reviewing technical information to ensure regulatory conformity.
