Job summary

Verdantas is seeking a Senior Engineer or Principal Engineer to lead sediment remediation projects across the United States, including remote roles. You will work on large, complex CERCLA sites and manage client relationships, business development, and project leadership with a team of experts.

You should have a PE license, 10+ years in sediment remediation, and a proven track record as engineer-of-record on major CERCLA or state projects, with strong dredge design and in-situ remediation

Qualifications

• Licensed professional engineer with a degree in engineering.
• 10+ years of experience providing sediment remediation engineering on large, complex sites (e.g. CERCLA).
• Engineer-of-record on multiple CERCLA or state sediment remediation design projects.
• Extensive experience with dredge design, cap design, and in-situ remediation methods.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement sediment investigation scopes and work plans with a team.
• Develop and manage RI/FS and PDI investigation campaigns.
• Engage in the design of sediment remediation solutions on complex CERCLA sites.
• Collaborate on client engagement and business development.
• Collaborate with sediment investigation and remediation experts.
• Contribute to growth of the Sediment Remediation Services group.
