Anchor QEA seeks a Senior Sediment Remediation Design Engineer and Project Manager with 10–15 years of experience to deliver upland remediation and sediment cleanup projects in the Southeast. You’ll lead design, manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams across investigations, dredging, capping, and habitat restoration, while mentoring junior staff.

You’ll collaborate with scientists and engineers, develop practical remedies for rivers and industrial waterfronts, and travel

Competenze

• 10–15 years of relevant engineering experience with hands-on contaminated sediment remedial design and project management
• Professional Engineer license, or ability to obtain licensure within one year
• Experience with dredging and cap remedies and constructability considerations
• Working knowledge of CERCLA, RCRA, TSCA, CWA and state cleanup programs; ability to coordinate with regulatory agencies

Mansioni

• Manage concurrent remediation projects and design tasks, coordinating staff, subcontractors, scopes, budgets, and schedules to meet client commitments and project financial goals
• Prepare engineering calculations, basis of design reports, dredge plans, cap designs, construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
• Plan investigations and evaluate sediment chemistry, bathymetry, geotechnical conditions, and other site data
• Evaluate and compare remedial alternatives and their costs and benefits
• Direct junior staff and mentor them in design and project management
• Prepare and review reports, plans, specifications, and proposal content with project quality requirements
