Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead security programs from inception through execution, translating complex technical topics for cross-functional and executive audiences. Qualifications

• Senior-level Technical Program Manager experience in Security.
• Technical depth to understand Security architecture choices, evaluate tradeoffs, and anticipate downstream implications and risks.
• Bridge engineering execution with customer outcomes and product strategy.
• Engage in architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical tradeoff conversations.
• Translate complex technical topics into clear narratives for cross-functional and executive audiences.
• Experience with strategic, high-ambiguity Security programs and 0-to-1 initiatives.
• Executive-facing operating mechanisms, including planning, execution reviews, SteerCos, strategy summits, design and product reviews, QBRs, and leadership decision forums.
• Experience with portfolio strategy, sequencing, dependency management, program governance, risk tracking, and executive communications.
• Ability to coach and mentor Security TPMs.
